Before you locked in any contract we will discuss your requirements, and review different development strategies such as subdivision, duplexes, residential complex, level of quality (high-end, mid-range or entry-level), budgeting, constructability and project brief.
We have successful subdivision application approval rate 2 of 2. And we would love to keep our approval record 100%.
Depending on the project size, we may offer you one stage or two-stage building contract. One stage building contract will cover the design, obtaining approval and construction of your new project.
Two-stage building contracts may separate design, engineering and approval in the first stage and construction in the second stage if your project is more complicated.
We will develop the project brief and bring ideas on paper in sketches form. We may offer you options to select and make sure the concept design is covering your requirements.
After obtaining your approval on the concept design we will proceed with the detailed design and engage other professionals in the projects such as town planners and engineers to obtain Town Planning/development approval or Building approval depending on your project requirements and complete construction documents.
We commence the construction work when all paperwork is done for smooth cruising toward practical completion.
