We will develop the project brief and bring ideas to life through sketches, focusing on the concept design. We may offer you various options to select from, ensuring that the design development aligns with your requirements and complies with the building contract. After obtaining your approval on the concept design, we will proceed with the design development and engage other professionals, such as town planners and engineers, to obtain the necessary approvals for your project, whether it be a town planning/development approval or a building approval. This process will ensure that we can finalize the construction documents and establish a building contract, as well as address any subdivision application requirements.
We commence the construction services once all paperwork, including the building contract and subdivision application, is completed for smooth cruising toward practical completion, following the concept design and design development phases.
